How do I update my website?
Ring us at +353 XX XXX XXXX and leave a message. Tell us what needs changing - menu items, opening hours, events, whatever. Our team processes it within 2-3 hours during business hours.
Can I text or email updates instead of calling?
Absolutely! Text us at +353 XX XXX XXXX or email hello@connecteire.ie. Whatever's easiest for you. We process requests the same way regardless of how they come in.
How do I send photos?
Email photos to hello@connecteire.ie or text them to our number. Tell us where they should go (menu, gallery, homepage, etc.). We'll optimize them and add them to your site.
How long do updates take?
Usually 2-3 hours during business hours (9am-6pm weekdays). Weekend requests are processed Monday morning. Urgent? Ring us directly and we'll prioritize it.
How do I change my payment details?
Email us at hello@connecteire.ie with your new card details, or use the Stripe customer portal link in your billing emails. Takes 2 minutes.
My website is down or showing errors
Ring us immediately at +353 XX XXX XXXX. We monitor uptime 24/7, but if you spot something wrong, let us know straight away and we'll fix it.
Can I see changes before they go live?
Yes! Just mention it when you request an update. We'll send you a preview link to approve before publishing. Takes an extra hour but worth it for big changes.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yep. No contracts. Ring us or email hello@connecteire.ie. Your site stays live until the end of your current billing period, then you have 30 days to migrate elsewhere.
Common Situations
"I forgot what my website address is"
Check the welcome email we sent when you signed up, or ring us. We'll text it to you.
"I need to change opening hours for a holiday"
Ring us and say: "We're closed [date] for [reason]". We'll add a notice to your homepage and update your hours page.
"Can you remove something from my website?"
Absolutely. Ring us and tell us exactly what needs removing. We'll take it down within the hour.
"I made a mistake in my last update"
Ring us straight away. We keep version history, so we can undo recent changes or fix the mistake.
