2.2 Voice Call System
Important: When you call our dedicated phone number to request website updates, your call is recorded and processed as follows:
- Call Recording (Twilio): Your voice call is recorded and stored securely by Twilio, our phone system provider
- Voice Transcription (Deepgram): The recording is transcribed to text using Deepgram's speech-to-text service, optimized for Irish accents
- AI Processing (Anthropic Claude): The transcript is analyzed by Claude AI to understand your update request and convert it into structured website changes
- Human Review: All AI-suggested changes are reviewed by our staff before being applied to your website
You will be notified at the start of each call that it will be recorded. By continuing the call, you consent to this recording and processing.
Data Retention:
- Voice recordings: 30 days (then automatically deleted)
- Transcripts: 90 days (for quality assurance and dispute resolution)
- Update logs: Duration of subscription (for version history)
2.3 Other Communications
When you contact us via email or text message, we may keep records of those communications to:
- Process your website update requests
- Provide customer support
- Improve service quality
- Maintain accurate records of changes made to your site
2.4 Payment Information
Payment processing is handled securely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We receive only:
- Last 4 digits of your card
- Card expiry date
- Subscription status
We never store or have access to your full card details.
2.5 Technical Information
We automatically collect:
- Phone number when you call us (Caller ID)
- Email addresses when you send messages
- Timestamps of communications and updates
- Browser type and device info when viewing this site
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Build and manage your website
- Process update requests you submit
- Communicate with you about your service
- Send notifications (website updates, payment reminders, etc.)
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Provide customer support
- Improve our services

Legal Basis: We process your data based on contractual necessity (providing the service you paid for), legitimate interests (improving our service), and legal obligations (tax records, etc.).

- Voice recordings: 30 days (automatically deleted after 30 days)
- Voice transcripts: 90 days (for quality assurance and dispute resolution)
- Business information: Duration of subscription + 7 years (for tax records)
- Website content: Duration of subscription + 30 days
- Email/SMS communications: Up to 12 months (for service quality and support)
- Payment records: 7 years (legal and tax requirement)
After your subscription ends, we can provide you with a copy of your website content before deletion.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Erasure: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
